Responsibilities:

  • Data Acquisition & Management:
    • Design and implement data collection plans from various internal and external sources (website analytics, CRM, social media, market research).
    • Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and standardization processes.
    • Maintain data infrastructure and databases for efficient access and analysis.
  • Marketing Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and other marketing metrics using advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
    • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from data to understand campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
    • Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Optimization & Attribution:
    • Utilize data insights to recommend and implement strategies for optimizing marketing campaigns, budgets, and channels.
    • Develop and implement marketing attribution models to measure the impact of each touchpoint on customer journeys.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify statistically significant improvements and optimize marketing materials.
  • Competitive Intelligence & Research:
    • Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and emerging trends.
    • Present data-driven recommendations to marketing and leadership teams for strategic adaptation and growth.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with other digital marketing team members to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Possess excellent communication skills to explain complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics tools and methodologies, continuously improving data analysis practices.
  • Contract Administration
    • Draft, review, and disseminate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand contract requirements and objectives.
    • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
    • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
    • Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and milestones.
    • Facilitate communication between involved parties to address concerns and ensure contract fulfillment.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to contractual terms.
    • Stay informed about changes in legislation and regulations affecting contracts.
    • Assist in the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, data analytics, business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully using data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and SQL for data querying.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, IT,MIS, or a related field.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing research methodologies and survey design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience with project management and data storytelling tools is a plus.
